Return Process:

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Approval:
- All refund decisions are solely at the discretion of The Seller. We reserve the right to determine if a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances provided. No external parties or entities are authorized to influence or make decisions regarding refunds on our behalf.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Money Back Guarentee is decided by us the seller and the customer has to return it to recieve the refund.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Sale Items:
- Please note that sale items or items purchased with discount codes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
